Here’s one of my photos of today. I was on my insland to see the characteristic procession of Good Friday. Dilemma…

My dilemma is:

 

+ Most agencies require producers with 3-5 yrs of experience;

+ None of them cares about accepting producers with less experience.

 

Apparently this is a “all lose” game.
