Think Afrika: what dreamland could become.

What do you think when you think of Africa? My question is asked mostly to those who have never visited this beautiful land. Including me. Years and years of massmedia communication have built specific believes in our minds; believes accompanied by a large amount of images related to its poorness and the problems it is continuously fighting. Unfortunaly this vision is likely to be the real present of this continent. It’s a land still torn to pieces by wild civil wars, huge medical interests, scarce hygienic conditions, so on and so forth. But what I’m trying to express today through this post is something quite different. The difference lies in my thought.thinkafrica

How I think of Africa. I think Africa is, in someway, very lucky.  Although very back on track under a technological, social and economic point of view it’s the land of the future. It will become, as it already is now, the less polluted place where to live. Investments in infrastructures will reflect centuries of experiments done elsewhere, and such investments will inevitably be more efficient and more eco-friendly. In one word: better. They will be better of our old coal mines and nuclear power plant. I dream of Africa as a pure land, where lights are turned on without fear of polluting the rest, where air is a perfumed breeze and water is as clean as stream’s. Mine is only a dream now, though I firmly believe it will become reality. Some day. Some day it will.

Dilemma…

My dilemma is:

+ Most agencies require producers with 3-5 yrs of experience;

+ None of them cares about accepting producers with less experience.

Apparently this is a “all lose” game.

MarKeting ‘K’ Power

It’s been a long time since when I first thought about what is marketing’s real K power.

It is “K“. The letter “K“.

While studying marketing and business, I read several marketing authors and I couldn’t avoid to find this commonality among them. Relevant authors like:

Kotler | Kapferer | Keller | Aaker

My surname starts for C …, should I change it to K ?
